ENGINEER’S REPORT
Karen Shipton read the Engineer’s Report as given to her by Dan Goncz prior to the meeting.

Thompson Rd. Pumpstation – Construction is anticipated to begin April/2023. They provided the Authority and the Mercer County with the additional information needed in order to process the grant payment request.

PSP Barracks – They received communication on 2/8/23 that the developer is in the process of completing the design documents for the sewer connection, however they have not yet received the design drawings for the sewer line connection.

OPERATOR’S REPORT
Jim Riddle provided the following information:

The flow meter is not working and we will be given a temporary one until ours is repaired.

Pictures were provided of where the concrete caved in and the gravel has settled. Dan has told Jim he has no idea where the gravel went. The area where the plant is sitting was never stripped. UV tanks are working properly. There was discussion on what happened to cause this and how to fix it. The board would like to see Gannett Fleming’s review of inspections for the concrete pad/gravel installation for liability.

OLD BUSINESS

ADJOURNMENT
*A motion was made by Dale Bestwick and seconded by Matthew McConnell to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:50AM.
